By booking or paying for this service (or these services), you agree to the following:
Only one person can accompany you to the photoshoot and they are not allowed to interfere in or attempt to direct the session in any way. Note: They may be asked to wait in the waiting area until the photoshoot is completed.
If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will have to reschedule at the next available opening (which may, or may not be the same day). A $20 RE-SCHEDULING / ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE THE SERVICE.
If you failed to make your appointment without proof of an emergency or unfortunate circumstance (For example, but not limited to: Accident or death of a family member, car accident or a medical emergency...) no refund will be issued. A change in plans does not constitute an emergent event. Also, making the statement or claim of an emergent event without proof will not be acceptable.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING STUDIO OR VIDEO SERVICES AND YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, A 20% FEE OF YOUR TOTAL COSTS IS REQUIRED TO RE-SCHEDULE A MISSED (OR NEXT) APPOINTMENT. IF YOU MISS A PHOTO APPOINTMENT AND WISH TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, A 40% FEE (OF THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE) IS REQUIRED TO RE-SCHEDULE.
If your session causes the start of a session that follows yours to start late, a $25 fee will be added to your balance and must be paid in full prior to receiving your products.
You will discuss all planned or desired photographic requests prior to the day of the photoshoot to allow the photographer the opportunity to determine if the request is within the limitations of time, and acceptable to the payment made for the level of services. Changes may not necessarily be acceptable without the agreement of the photographer.
If you are a walk-in (not scheduled through the website and have not yet paid for the service requested, you agree (without interruption or negative feedback) to allow the photographer to complete the service requested and paid for by the scheduled client(s) ahead of you until an open time-slot becomes available.
If you go over 2 hours, your services may be terminated (without refund for the remaining portions of your service) at the discretion of the photographer. If no appointments are scheduled after (or close to the end of your time-slot, the decision to continue the service will be at the discretion of the studio owner (For this agreement, the Studio Owner is the one paying for the lease of the space listed as the studio location)
You agree to allow the photographer to prepare for any compromise to the backdrops (dirt, footprints, body fluids and more) prior to standing, sitting or laying on the materials. Any compromise (no matter how small) will result in a $55 cleaning / processing fee for the having the backdrop cleaned and to have the wrinkles removed. You will not receive your products until this has been paid in full.
You agree not to record audio, video, take a photo or photos of any kind with your devices (to include live streaming or video chatting / video phone calls and related types of actions while inside the facility or during the on-location production.
The use of props and that result in cleaning that will (or may) delay the start of the next scheduled session, a $45 cleaning fee will be required and must be paid in full prior to receiving your products. Note: Props that have not been previously discussed in detail and do not result in the desired look / final product that you will be at your own fault as you have assumed the direction of and responsibility for the outcome of the photo based on your own level of understanding of lighting, placement or photography settings.
If you allow your visitors, crew, staff, friends, family (or company of any type or title) to direct the photograph / video process or should you choose to direct your shots yourself (without a full understanding of camera operation / camera settings / lighting and alike, I will not be responsible for the quality of the shots or your satisfaction of the outcome of the photoshoot. If you bring in photos you want to re-create from something you saw on the internet and I have not had time to prepare for the shot (or discuss our limitations), I will not be responsible for the outcome of / or your satisfaction with the quality of the photo. It is important that you trust the photographer to guide you to give the best outcome. As I am responsible for my professional liability (meaning, my popularity... my worth... my amount of business is based on the quality of work that I allow to be released. With that being said, I WILL NOT RELEASE ANY PHOTO THAT DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATION OF THE TYPE OF PHOTO THAT I WANT TO REPRESENT MY WORK OR ANY PHOTO THAT IS OF POOR QUALITY. I will also reserve the right to not release multiple photos with duplicated or mostly duplicated posing (or photos used to determine light placement or settings). WITH THE 30-PHOTO-PACKAGE, THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PHOTOS WILL BE 30. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER MAY VARY BASED ON PHOTOGRAPHER-OBSERVED FLAWS OR DUPLICATION (and also the quality of any extra photos as determined to be acceptable / unacceptable by the photographer (even if you or your company so chooses to direct the photographic process.
IF YOU ARE RECORDING MUSIC AND YOU OR YOUR COMPANY CHOOSE TO DIRECT THE RECORDING PROCESS (AT ANY LEVEL AND IN ANY WAY) OR YOU WISH TO RESTRICT THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTION WITHOUT BY THE STUDIO OWNER BY USE OF CONTRACTS CREATIVE AND INTELLECTUAL INPUT OR PROPERTY, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OF YOUR PRODUCTION. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PRODUCT AND THE RECORDING OF THE COMPOSITION WITHOUT A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING FOR RECORDING LEVELS, MIXING, MASTERING, TIMING, OVERDUBS, AND / OR KNOWLEDGE OF PROFESSIONAL USE OF THE RECORDING EQUIPMENT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OF YOUR PRODUCT WITH NO CONCESSIONS TO BE MADE BY THE STUDIO OWNER. WITHOUT PAYING FOR CONTRACT SERVICES, NO LEGAL ADVICE OR RECORDING INDUSTRY EDUCATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE STUDIO OWNER. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED, BUT STUDIO STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED SHOULD FAIL TO COMPLETE YOUR RECORDING PROCESS. THIS ALSO APLIES TO TO VIDEO SERVICES.
If you wish to Remove my WATERMARK (my name) from your photos, there is an associated fee for this service.
Finally, there is no refund for services that have been started. Also, there is no refund for special offers (for example: discounted pricing, bundle package deals or decreased pricing (as I may have had to turn away potential business in order to accommodate your wishes in the same way that I would have to turn away potential clients who may have been willing to pay full-price for the service). This also supersedes all refund policies that may be listed with the purchase of any product or service.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND AND AUTOMATIC TERMINATION OF SERVICES WITHOUT REFUND FOR DISRESPECTFUL GESTURES, COMMENTS, DISPLAYS OF ANGER, USE OF INTIMIDATION, THREATS, VIOLATION OF POLICIES OR PHOTOS, AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDINGS / VIDEO STREAMING / VIDEO CALLS OF THE PHOTOSHOOT OR MUSIC PRODUCTION WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
