Mixing (Live Productions)

Your money may be refunded if, and only if no work has been done on your project.  After that point, you will receive credit for the amount remaining after appropriate fees have been paid to satisfy the work completed (of possibly full credit if the situation (as determined by the studio) determines it to be an appropriate coarse of action.

Once your product has been paid in full and the work has been completed (meaning the final edit, final mix or mastering...  as it appropriately applies to your product) then the product will be released to the you (the client / artist).  You can receive your product by email, jump-drive or hard-drive transfer of files, DVD or CD storage and alike.

The use of cell phones or other devices with recording capabilities (audio or video) will not be allowed in the studio.  Appropriate still photos may be taken, but any form of recording that records the recording process or captures the creative efforts of the studio staff before payment has been made in full will not be allowed.
