If you choose not to do the photo shoot, you may receive a full refund.  If the photo shoot has occured and you do not like the shots, you do not have to accept them, but a $35 sitting fee will be retained by the photographer.  It is also important to remember and understand that the photographer owns the copywrights for those photos and the concepts of the shots.  Refusing to pay (or requesting a refund) and then going to another photographer for the same concept shots could result in legal action against you.

Once your product has been paid in full and the work has been completed (meaning the final edit, final mix or mastering...  as it appropriately applies to your product) then the product will be released to the you (the client / artist).  You can receive your product by email, jump-drive or hard-drive transfer of files, DVD or CD storage and alike.  Remember:  The photographer owns the copyright to the photo and the photo theme.  Unlawful use of the photos (if you haven't paid for the copyright) or re-creation by use of another photographer with use of a similar theme (or a representation of the essence of the theme) will result in legal action against you.

During this process, AT NO TIME will you (or anyone else) be allowed to take still photos / videos by use of any type of camera or video device, or any device with such capability.  People with you (or not) will not be held to the same restrictions.
